Two stunning activations illuminated the streets of downtown Indianapolis during the 73rd annual NBA All-Star Game.
Rebounding Reflections takes inspiration from the Art Deco Architecture of the building and reflects the rich history of architecture and basketball in Indiana, employing our unique 3D pipeline to achieve a stunning impact. Kinetic Reflections employs modern themes of color, light, and texture, and features local dancers and basketball players from Indiana, allowing everything from content production to hardware integration to be handled in house by Blockhouse Studios.
Demonstrating our dedication to the efficient execution of activations like these, we were able to rig 18 Epson projectors across three different sites in just two days, and pack out in only one!
We were honored to showcase our work alongside the 87 artists who presented 100 unique installations during the highest attended NBA All-Star in 14 years!
$3.5 million were provided to youth, families and those in need across Indiana, and $2M were funneled into the creative economy, thanks to the efforts of The NBA All-Star 2024 Host Committee, Pacers Sports & Entertainment, Visit Indy, the Indiana Sports Corp., and the Indy Arts Council.
